Instructions

Surface Prep
Dust, dirt and oil free surface required. Do not apply on wet substrates. Avoid water contact for 8–10 hours post-application.

Mix 9:1
Pour all of Component B into Component A. Mix at low speed until smooth. Pre-dosed — never mix partial quantities.

Trowel Apply
Apply via notched trowel onto seaming tape. Ensure clean trowel notches. Use all mixed material within the pot life window.
04
Cure & Service
Pot life 30–60 min at 25°C. Fully service-ready in approximately 5 days under standard conditions.

Application
& Guide

▶At temperatures above +35°C, open time may be significantly reduced — plan material usage and logistics accordingly.
▶Store Component B above +5°C to ensure optimal product performance upon mixing and application.
▶Only mix whole pre-dosed contents. Partial quantities risk incorrect dosing — components must be weighed very accurately if splitting.
▶Do not apply below 0°C — bonding performance will be compromised at sub-zero temperatures.
▶Clean equipment with warm water while still wet. Once hardened, adhesive can only be removed mechanically.
▶Always test-bond individual substrates prior to any large-scale application — never skip the test bonding step.
