EPDM Granule Surface
UV-stable EPDM granule broadcast layer providing superior spike resistance, all-weather traction, and certified colour retention across 10+ year cycles.

LAYER 02 / SEALER
Red Pu N-Track 37
Single-component moisture-cured PU sealer bonding EPDM to the SBR base. Provides chemical barrier and prevents granule migration under load.

LAYER 03 / BASE LAYER
SBR Rubber Binder System
High-density SBR crumb rubber encapsulated in our proprietary IAAF certified track binder — the structural core of the full pour system.

LAYER 04 / PRIMER
Epoxy Moisture-Tolerant Primer
Two-component epoxy primer penetrating asphalt or concrete substrate. Closes porosity, stops moisture vapour transmission, and creates the chemical anchor for the SBR system.
Coverage: 0.2–0.4 kg/m² Pot Life: 30 min Pull-off: >1.5 MPa
