0 min
Binder Applied
Neosol F-1360 sprayed or poured onto foam particles at 10–12% dosage. Low viscosity ensures instant penetration into the chip matrix.

02
0–60 min
Working Window
Pot life of 60 minutes at 20°C. Foam must be mixed, moulded, and compressed during this window. Moisture from air initiates the cure reaction.
3–5 hours
Initial Cure
Foam sheet achieves handling strength. Moulds can be opened and sheets de-moulded. Surface feels firm — structural integrity forming throughout.
03
04
12–15 hours
Full Cure
Complete chemical cure achieved. Maximum tensile strength, rigidity, and water resistance attained. Sheet ready for cutting, stacking, and dispatch.

How to
Apply

01
Stir the Drum
Ensure uniform consistency before extraction
02
Open Carefully
Release pressure safely, one cap at a time
03
Extract Quantity
Tilt drum slowly — drum stand recommended
04
Feed Into Machine
Flow binder into mixing/rebonding machine
05
Spread Evenly
Apply at 10–12% dosage by foam weight
06
Seal & Monitor
Keep sealed · work within 60-min pot life
Shelf Life
6 Months
from Date of Manufacturing
Step 01 of 06
Stir the Drum
Thoroughly stir the contents before use. Neosol F-1360 can settle on long storage — uniform consistency is critical for correct dosage and even penetration across all foam particles.
Pro Tip: Use a low-speed paddle mixer for 2–3 minutes. Do not use high-speed mixing as this can introduce air bubbles that reduce binder uniformity.

Features &
Advantages

Very High Tensile Strength
Bonds foam particles with exceptional tensile integrity — the final rebonded sheet withstands heavy-load applications without delamination.
🧱
High Rigidity
Outstanding dimensional stability and shape retention across all temperature and load conditions — critical for gym and sports flooring sheets.
⏱️
Fast Curing
Initial cure in just 3–5 hours enables rapid production cycles. Full cure at 12–15 hours for maximised throughput and faster dispatch.
💧
Water Resistant
Moisture-curing chemistry creates a water-resistant bond — suitable for demanding, high-humidity production environments and end-use applications.
🔬
Deep Penetration
Ultra-low viscosity (300–450 Cps) allows complete penetration into all parts of the foam matrix — zero dry zones, uniform strength throughout.
🌿
Solvent Free · 100% Solid
Zero VOC solvents, 100% solid content — operator safe, environmentally compliant, and zero post-cure shrinkage in finished foam sheets.

Safety
Guidelines

Wear chemical-resistant gloves and eye protection during application. Ensure the area is well ventilated. Keep the container tightly closed when not in use to prevent moisture ingress and premature curing. Refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for full safety, emergency, and regulatory compliance information.
